Obituary Request Form

The staff of the Henderson County Public Library will make copies of obituaries and deliver them for a fee. Specific death dates are required. Delivery methods include standard postal mail and fax.

The minimum cost of obituary lookup and delivery is $3.15. Fees for this service are charged according to the Library's Research Fee Schedule. Research fees will not be charged to Henderson County residents or patrons who come into the Library and request information.

All fees for obituary lookups must be paid in advance before the obituaries will be delivered. You will be notified by e-mail (preferred method) or postal mail of the total cost of your obituary lookup and delivery.
