Managing your holds

On this screen you can see that there are 2 "Requested items ready for pick up." They are About Schmidt and The Tuxedo.  These items are to be picked up at the Circulation Desk.  If they are not picked up by the expiration date shown, the items will be returned to the shelf or passed on to the next person on the list.

There are 4 items on the "Requested items not yet available" list.  This section tells you when the item was placed on hold, your position on the list, and when the hold expires (usually 12 months after it is placed).

Cancelling holds
To cancel a hold on an item, click in the box next to the item and click on "Cancel Request."  The item will disappear from the list. 

Try this now

Let's cancel The Anomalies and Lord of the Rings.  Click on "Cancel Request."
