Whether you're looking to break a sweat, connect with wellness experts, or engage with your community, Hendo Health and Wellness Day has something for you.  Mark your calendars, because June 29th is going to be an extraordinary day of health and wellness in Henderson! Henderson County Public Library (HCPL) and Henderson Parks and Recreation is thrilled to collaborate with Darrell Yates, Certified Personal Trainer, and owner of Hendo Health and Wellness LLC, to bring you an event dedicated to nurturing your mind, body, and soul.  All events will take place at the JFK center located at 515 South Alvasia Street.

*Exercise class registration is required. All other events are open to everyone to attend.*

What to Expect:

1. Low-Impact Workout Session 8am:
Get ready to break a sweat with Darrell Yates as he leads us through an invigorating low-impact workout session. Whether you're a fitness enthusiast or a beginner, this workout is designed to accommodate all fitness levels. Registration is required for the exercise class, so be sure to secure your spot early!

2. Wellness Vendor Fair 10am:
Explore a variety of vendors offering information and services aimed at enhancing your overall wellness. From nutrition to mindfulness activities, there's something for everyone to discover. Come prepared to learn and explore.

3. Town Hall Meeting 1pm:
Join us for a town hall meeting focused on discussing important community matters. This is your opportunity to voice your opinions, share ideas, and engage with fellow members of the Henderson community. Let's come together to make our community a healthier and happier place for all.
