Whether you’re homebound, recovering from an illness, or simply need a more convenient option, we're here to help. To request delivery, fill out our online form or contact us by phone or email. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request based on our existing delivery rotation schedule.

Library Cards and Accounts Questions

You can access your library account anytime online! Just click on the "My Account" button at the top of the library website. Enter your library card number and four-digit PIN (usually your birth year)

Once logged in, you can:

  • Check due dates
  • Renew items
  • Place holds
  • Update your contact info
  • Manage your reading history

Your library barcode is the number on the back of your library card—usually under the barcode itself. Your PIN is often set when you first register for your card. By default, it is your four-digit birth year, but you may have changed it.

If you’re not sure what your PIN is or can’t find your card, no worries! Just contact your library and we’ll help you reset it.

Getting a library card is quick, easy, and free! Just visit the library with a valid photo ID and proof of address, such as a driver’s license, utility bill, or lease agreement. You can also start the process online by filling out a short application form—then stop by in person to pick up your card.

With your new card, you’ll have access to books, eBooks, audiobooks, movies, databases, and more.

Paying your library fine is quick and easy! You can stop by the library and pay at the front desk with cash, card, or check.

Not sure how much you owe? Just check your account or ask a staff member—we’re here to help!

Found something you’d like to borrow? Placing a hold is easy!

  • Log in to your library account
  • Search for the item you want
  • Click “Place Hold” next to the title 

We’ll notify you when it’s ready for pickup—by email, text, or phone, depending on your preferences.

Renewing your library items is easy! You can:

  • Log in to your account on the library website and go to your checkouts
  • Select the items you want to renew
  • Click “Renew”—it’s that simple!

Items can usually be renewed if no one else is waiting for them and you haven’t reached the renewal limit.

Services Questions

Need a document notarized? We’ve got you covered!

The library offers free notary services—no appointment required. Services are available most days, but we recommend calling ahead to make sure a notary is available when you plan to visit.

What to bring:

  • Your unsigned documents (sign them in front of the notary)
  • A valid photo ID

Not all document types can be notarized, so feel free to check with us if you’re unsure.

The library is a passport acceptance facility, making it easy to apply for your U.S. passport!

Here’s how to get started:

  • Visit our Passport Services page for hours, forms, and what to bring
  • Bring all required documents, including proof of citizenship, valid photo ID, and a passport photo (we can take one for you if needed)
  • Submit your application in person—appointments are required

Processing times vary, so apply early if you're planning a trip!
