Presenter/Author Information Form

Any author or presenter interested in facilitating a program at HCPL can submit their information in this form.  Solicitation of a personal business is not permitted at HCPL.  For example, a tax professional can share information about taxes, but cannot promote their business.  

Programmers will contact an author or presenter if it fits into the library's programming plan.
