Start by turning up the energy with a high-powered Hype Hop class at 9am with Amanda (Dancing with Mrs. A) and Kacey, then flow into calm with a gentle Tai Chi session at 10am with Hugh Samples of the HCPL. Whether you're here to sweat, stretch, or simply try something new, this program offers the perfect blend of rhythm and relaxation.
