Introducing Mood Movers!
Big feelings? No problem! Join us for Mood Movers, a fun and engaging series that helps kids (ages 3–10) and their           families explore emotions through games, crafts, stories, and silly fun. We’ll learn how to handle worries, talk about feelings, and build brave hearts together!  Perfect for kids and their grown-ups—because we all need a little help moving our moods sometimes.

Week 1: Feelings Are Friends

Let’s meet our feelings—happy, sad, mad, scared, and everything in between! We’ll use colorful crafts, a feelings scavenger hunt, and silly facial expressions to learn how emotions work and how to name them.

Week 2: Worry Warriors

Anxiety and worry show up sometimes—but we’ve got tools! Kids will create worry jars, learn simple breathing techniques, and discover how to shrink worries through storytelling and action.

Week 3: Calm Like a Cat

Time to get quiet, cozy, and calm. We'll practice mindfulness with stuffed animals, calming jars, yoga moves, and a "purr-fectly peaceful" story to help kids relax their bodies and minds.

Week 4: Brave Like Me

Everyone has courage—even when they feel nervous! Through superhero mask making, role-playing, and storytelling, we’ll talk about bravery and trying new things (even when it’s hard!).

Week 5: Kindness Counts

Kindness makes our hearts—and our brains—feel good! We'll explore empathy, practice compliments, decorate kindness rocks, and learn how small acts of kindness can boost everyone’s mood.

Week 6: My Toolbox for Tough Days

Let’s put it all together! We’ll create a personalized “Mood Mover Toolkit” filled with coping cards, calming techniques, and happy reminders to take home. A great wrap-up that celebrates emotional growth and family support.
