Join us for the first Lunch & Learn of 2026 and the kickoff of our Business Success Series on Wednesday, February 4th, 2026, from 11:30 a.m.–1:00 p.m. This session will feature Bobby Wilburn, Regional Vice President with Malone Workforce Solutions, and will focus on AI tools for recruitment and workforce. 

Bobby will provide an overview of how artificial intelligence is currently being used in recruitment and workforce practices, and where it is showing up in today’s staffing and hiring landscape. This session is designed for employers, HR professionals, and anyone interested in better understanding how technology is influencing the way organizations recruit and manage talent.
