Join Henderson Master Gardener, Steve Graves, as he guides us through the basics of seed starting. Whether you are a beginner or have experience this class is for you. The class will cover:

1) Common mistakes and how to solve frequent problems people encounter.

2) When can you start seeds indoors? 

3) What soil should be used and what type of container?

4) When is it time to repot plants?

5) How deep do you plant seeds?

6) Proper lighting needed to sprout/grow?

7) What are the proper temperatures for each seedling?

8) How to harden off your plants to transition them to your garden.

9) How to grow vegetable in pots to get a bountiful harvest.

10) How to select a variety of seeds to give you the harvest you desire.
