Labor Day Closing

The library will be closed Sunday, August 31st and Monday, September 1st for Labor Day. Your online Library is available every day, 24 hours a day, through the library catalog and Online Resources.

Save yourself a trip to the library! Students and teachers can request free delivery of library items to their school. 

To be eligible for deliveries, you must have a Henderson County Public Library account in good standing. Contact the Henderson County Public Library at 270-826-3712 to apply for a card or resolve issues with your account.

Fill out this request form and the items will be delivered to your school every week on Mondays. Please complete your requests by Thursday to receive your items. 

You can request specific items by title, author, or topic. Seasonal, holiday, and other frequently-requested materials may be limited, so plan accordingly. If you want to see what books the library has, click this link:
